Presenters & Moderators

Congratulations and thank you for your acceptance to present/moderate at Structures Congress 2026! This is an excellent opportunity for you to share knowledge. 

The information below will assist you in preparing for your session.

Registration

  • All presenters and moderators are required to register for the conference and attend in person to make the presentation. They are eligible for a discounted rate.
  • A discounted rate is available for speakers and moderators

Important:

  • Laptops will be provided onsite.
  • You must upload your presentation to the Paper Management System by the deadline so it can be preloaded

Key Dates

  • Notifications sent to authors: August 21, 2025
  • Final Paper due: Nov. 10, 2025 (no extensions)
  • Final Presentations due: April 6, 2026

Final Papers

  • Submissions of a final paper are optional. 
  • Papers should generally be 10-12 pages (a few additional pages are acceptable).
  • Upload by Nov. 10, 2025 in Paper Management System.
  • Papers must follow all formatting, copyright, and permissions guidelines.
  • Remove track changes and comments before uploading; otherwise, the paper will be treated as a draft and not published.

Final Paper Evaluation

Final papers will be reviewed to ensure:

  • Content matches the approved abstract.
  • Paper is not a product or service advertisement.
  • Formatting, copyright, and permission requirements are met.
  • All visuals are properly credited.
  • Paper includes a conclusion and references (as appropriate).
  • Paper has not been published or submitted elsewhere, including with ASCE.

Proceedings

  • Proceedings will be copyrighted and published by ASCE
  • Authors must secure all necessary permissions from employers, clients, or project owners before submission.
  • Any reused material from prior publications or online sources requires written permission from copyright holder and proper credit in the paper.
